I don't know how many times I've heard "I just can't do it," or "I'm just not good enough or talented enough." In most cases, that same client has the intelligence, willpower and strength to do by themselves but the what is holding them back is the way they feel about themselves, their self-confidence or self-esteem.
Self-esteem is the conviction that one is COMPETENT to live and WORTHY of living. It is the sense that we have of ourselves, that we are adequate and believe in ourselves. When we lose either component of Self-esteem (Self-confidence or self-respect), we experience a lack of self-esteem.
Hypnosis can effectively challenge these erroneous beliefs we have about ourselves and our abilities, by replacing them with beliefs that propel us towards our goals in life.
